On August 7, 2008, the Atlanta Civic Site Partners Group met to learn about and discuss the renovations at Rosa Burney Park in the Mechanicsville neighborhood. Partners with Mechanicsville Community Association, Habisha, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation, Park Pride, Police Athletic League and Columbia Residential talked about their investments and goals for the park.
